These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by TrueBlueGrowth LLC (“TrueBlueGrowth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company based in Hudson, New Hampshire. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

TrueBlueGrowth provides contractor websites, lead management dashboards, digital quoting tools, and related business software as a subscription service. The specific features included in your subscription depend on the plan you select.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

2. Accounts

To use our services you must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business to use our services.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

TrueBlueGrowth offers multiple subscription plans. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

Some plans include a one-time setup fee that is charged at the time of sign-up. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize TrueBlueGrowth to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your plan.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. If a charge fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend access to your account until payment is resolved.

4. Setup Fees

Plans that include a one-time setup fee cover the initial design, build, and configuration of your website and dashboard. Setup fees are charged at the time you sign the service agreement and are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@truebluegrowth.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period.

Upon cancellation, your website and dashboard will be taken offline at the end of the billing period. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before that date.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us, including business information, photos, and text. By providing content, you grant TrueBlueGrowth a license to use, display, and publish that content as part of delivering your website and services.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you provide, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TrueBlueGrowth services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Resell or sublicense access to our platform without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, code, and content created by TrueBlueGrowth remain the intellectual property of TrueBlueGrowth LLC. Your subscription gives you the right to use your website and dashboard while your account is active. Upon cancellation, that license ends.

Custom content created specifically for your business — such as written copy or uploaded photos you provided — remains yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any specific business results such as a certain number of leads or revenue.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueBlueGrowth LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to TrueBlueGrowth in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
